COME AND JOIN ME on a cultural exploration of all things feminine in North India! I am excited to announce that I will be leading a Shakti Tour of North India February 15 - 27, 2018 (12 days). It will be timed to coincide with the incredible Khajuraho Dance Festival and Lathmar Holi, also known as the Women's Holi. We will be going to some of the best places to visit in India that I know, and also some of the leading tourist places in India.

Tour is organized and sold by Cloud Itineraries. Non-profit Sahapedia is academic partner. Sahapedia is an open online resource on the arts, cultures and heritage of India. They will be supplying experts to help guide us on this journey, and provide cultural knowledge and insight.

The roots of Shaktism - a Hindu denomination that focuses worship on Shakti or Devi, the Hindu Divine Mother - penetrates deeply into India's history. We will uncover that history by visiting special destinations and events, and with the help of cultural experts from Sahapedia, who will help shine a light on the meaning and significance of our experiences.
