Those who saw Gen. Tibuhaburwa today in Busia will tell you he was gaunt, absent-minded, and self-talking.
His right leg was dragging the left leg like a broken car being pulled by a breakdown. That leg looked semi-functional. He couldn't even balance properly.
He was walking like a newborn calf! Medics, analyzing the pics/videos, opine that Museveni could have suffered a mild stroke in the recent past.
All these pressure is from Bobi Wine for four reasons:
1. For the first time, Tibuhaburwa is facing a Mganda candidate who has a rock-solid backing from his entire community which Tibuhaburwa misled into 1980 wars, they died and the majority were never compensated. The chicken is coming home to roost.
2. Bobi Wine represents a whole generation of Ugandans forming 84% of the population. He is a mishmash of Lutherking, Malcolm, and Jesse Jackson in one. A symbol of hope with untold energies to disrupt the status quo.
3. Bobi is also from the ghetto. His whole story in life itself is an inspiration that God can turn nobody into somebody without consulting anybody. Just like Obama who went from Philipines through ghettoes of Chicago puffing weed, struggling with life, and later became a president.
4. Bobi is not, and has never been part of the Kampala swamp i. e military or NRM defectors which Tibuhaburwa has mastered like the palm of his hand.
Tibuhaburwa is not sleeping at night. He is a haunted man. He is not at peace. God is pinching him, slapping him, pulling behind his leg like he did to Pharaoh with the plagues.
His plans to kill Bobi Wine is not practical. The outcome would consume Tibuhaburwa. He knows this. So he has reverted to psychological warfare, to torment Bobi Wine into an emotional breakdown, and being avoided by his supporters because they risk their lives and health.
But this too is not working.
His effort to paint Bobi Wine as a homosexual sympathizer and stooge of the West is dead on arrival.
