Dr Kizza Besigye: The restrictions that have been put during the lockdown must have objectives. I don't know what the lockdown objectives were. It is against those that we analyse what we have achieved and where we are.
It seems the only objective is to slow down the infections. Why are we slowing down the infections? So that we build capacity in the medical facilities. I would love to know how many equipments have been put in place since the lockdown.
The lockdown only slows down the spread of the virus. When the lockdown is lifted, the virus can spread again!
