Ugandans Crown Besigye as their president as Electral Commision announces Museveni

This is a black day for democracy today. I am heavily weeping, mourning and my heart is very heavy! I regret the day my mother bore me an alive baby in Uganda. My house is grieving; again!
I thank Kizza Besigye for leading a robust and firey opposition. I crown you the People's President of my house. Besigye oyeeeeeee!
