Flux core welding is a shielding gas metal arc welding process that makes use of an inert gas to protect the molten weld pool from atmospheric contamination. Flux core welding is suited to many applications, especially general fabrication work. The benefits of flux cored arc welding are:·

A wide range of base metals can be welded, including steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, brass, aluminum and magnesium, etc.·

Flux core arc welding produces the highest strength joint among all types of arc welding (except for laser beam welding).·

It has very high deposition rates (up to 23 mm per pass).·

Flux cored arc welding also produces the best joint appearance among all types of arc welding.

Our aim is to provide you with all the resources you need to learn how to Flux Core Welding Training.Flux Core Welding Training – Flux Core welding Training South AfricaFlux Core welding Training is very similar to that of gas Tungsten arc welding (GTAW) in that it also uses an externally supplied shielding gas mixture, in this case argon instead of helium. The advantages of Flux Core are in ively for welding a wide range of steels and other metals, particularly in maintenance and repair work.

Flux-cored arc welding is increasingly being used on new vehicle body panels. In this case, the weld passes through a panel on an assembly line on its way to being painted, thereby avoiding any pre- or post-welding paint contamination. The History and Life of Former Security Minister General Elly Tumwine

BM T.V Africa Brings the History and Life of Former Security Minister General Elly Tumwine

General Elly Tumwine (, was a Ugandan military officer, professional artist, and educator. He was the former Security Minister in the Cabinet of Uganda, from March 2018 until 2021. He retired from active military service in July 2022.

He served as commander of the National Resistance Army from 1984 to 1987. He was one of the highest-ranking members of the Ugandan military who recently called on police to shoot at protesters, he also ordered the military to kidnap, illegally incarcerate and sent opposition members to be tried in military courts based on trumped up charges which resulted in Bobi Wine supporters suing for Human Rights violations. This led United States of America to sanction the Ugandan Generals over Human rights abuses. He was also a member of the Ugandan Parliament, representing the Uganda People's Defence Force.

Early life and education
Elly Tumwine was born on 12 April 1954, in Burunga, Mbarara District. He attended Burunga Primary School, Mbarara High School and St. Henry's College Kitovu, before joining Makerere University, where in 1977, he graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art together with the Diploma in Education; abbreviated:BA (FA)/Dip. Ed. He specialized in the history of art painting.

He subsequently graduated from the Cadet Officers Course at the Tanzania Military Academy at Monduli. He also attended the Senior Command Course at the Uganda Senior Command and Staff College at Kimaka, in Jinja, Uganda, being a member of the pioneer class that graduated in 2005.[5] Tumwine also holds further military qualifications from the military academy in Vystry, in the Soviet Union.

Human Rights
Elly Tumwine has regularly been connected to violence against Ugandans. After Bobi Wine was arrested on 18 November 2020 in Luuka, protests broke out which were met with excessive violence. Elly Tumwine told the public that the police have the right “to shoot you and kill you.

Military career
In 1978, he interrupted his teaching career to join the FRONASA forces led by Yoweri Museveni to fight the Idi Amin regime. In 1981, when Museveni went to the bush to form the National Resistance Army (NRA), Elly Tumwine went with him. He is reported to have fired the first shot in the National Resistance Army War, which propelled the National Resistance Army and National Resistance Movement into power in Uganda in 1986.[6] During the fighting between the NRA and the UNLA, Tumwine sustained facial injuries that led to loss of sight in one eye. In 1984, Tumwine was named Commander of the Army, a post he held until 1987, when he was succeeded by General Salim Saleh. Over the years, he served in various positions, including:

Minister of State for Defence in 1989.
Director General of the External Security Organization (ESO) from 1994 until 1996.
Presidential Adviser from 1996 until 1998
Chairman of the High Command Appeals Committee from 1986 until 1999.
He was also continuously represented the UPDF in the Ugandan Parliament since 1986.

In September 2005, he was promoted to the rank of general in the UPDF and named to chair the UPDF General Court Marshal.

On Monday 16 May 2022, Tumwiine was among 34 generals who were retired from the UPDF

How to Know Your Co-Dependency Is Enabling a Narcissist’s Abuse

How to Know Your Co-Dependency Is Enabling a Narcissist’s Abuse

The problem is you not them.

Signs You Are an Enabler in a Toxic Relationshipphoto by Holiak from freepik

When it comes to healthy relationships, co-dependency is one of the unhealthy traits that hurt both partners.

Codependency is when two people in a relationship have an over-reliance or dependence on one another — and that makes the relationship unhealthy.

It can stop you and your partner from having a mutually satisfying healthy relationship and also sabotage your capacity to function independently.

A healthy relationship should allow the coupled to recognize both their joint and individual identity.

The relationship between a co-dependent and a narcissist is often rooted in low self-worth, low self-esteem, and lack of identity.

5 Reasons Why Your Independence Could Be Holding You Back in Your Relationship

5 Reasons Why Your Independence Could Be Holding You Back in Your Relationship

At what point does independence become dangerous?

Signs You Keep Holding Back on LovePhoto by Anastasia Shuraeva from Pexels

There is a lot of misconception about independence, especially for independent women. Women who provide for themselves get back slashed by society more than men who provide for themselves.

These women are regarded as manipulators, control freaks, and dangerously confident.

The common misconception people have when we say “she’s an independent woman” is that she is a feminist or that she is someone who doesn’t need a man in her life.

The problem with this misconception isn’t with independent women, it’s with society’s pre-existing outlooks about who women should be and act.

However, the goal of true independence is to…

4 Ways Sex Can Turn Horrible For Guys

Watch out for the tipping points.

4 Ways Sex Can Turn Horrible for GuysPhoto bygpointstudio on freepik

I have heard a lot of women discuss bad sex in their relationships. But rarely do I hear guys complain over bad sex. This made me wonder, is bad sex a thing for guys?

I don’t mean non-consensual sex, which is rape. By bad sex, I mean consensual sex that is unsatisfactory.

For women, bad sex is often not reaching orgasm or she just wasn’t in the mood for sex. If a woman has sex out of obligation (which most women do) the sex can be boring and unproductive.

Lack of desire is probably the most complex sexual problem women…
