Bobi wine to Join Kwagalana group " Billionaire Club in Uganda "
Bobi wine will soon be among kampala's richest men,according to recent reports.
We have learnt that the "kigwa leero" hit maker is well on his way being inducted in the Kwagalana group,an association that brings together kampala's billionaries.
"H.E bobi wine is going to be added as amember in the billionaries club since he is now valued at 35.5 billion shillings.
The difference of l.5 billion shillings is likely to be topped up by mid 2016
The chairman of kwagalana group(Godfrey Kirumira)confirmed that if bobi can make it to the 35billion mark then they will be glad to have the first musician in their group,revealed Ashburg Katto aclose Bobi wine associate.

ZUENA TO RESIGN FROM NTV LIFE STORIES
Zuena Kirema a mother and wife to Bebecool has thrown in a towel to resign from the Life story show she's been running on NTV every Sunday at 5pm. Zuena says that she needs to concentrate more on her phamily of 4kids and she can't do that while still doing the show.
She took it to social media and posted that,"
It's been an interesting journey for two years working at NTV with a great team of management,producers,cameramen and fellow presenters but my journey has come to an end & i would like to thank God for the good friends i made and experience i got,unfortunately on Sunday you'll be watching my last show as Life Stories presenter as i have to concentrate on unavoidable family issues. I thank you all for being a great audience,it was a great experience presenting to you, may Allah keep you safe."
It should
be noted that in just 1month NTV has lost 3 presenters including Fabiola
who was sacked due to leaked nudes and MC Kat's who mid this month
tendered in his resignation to the management of NTV UGANDA and is
awaiting confirmation of his resignation.
Recently it was rumoured that Zuena is pregnant and maybe that's the reason for her resignation.

Anne Kansiime Kubiryaba (born 13 April 1987) popularly known as Anne Kansiime is a Ugandan entertainer, comedienne and actress. She has been referred to as "East Africa's Queen of Comedy" by some East African media outlets.[1][2][3]

According recorded interviews that she gave in 2014, Anne began posting some of her sketch comedy skits on YouTube. She received positive feedback and that encouraged to post more videos. Her screen breakthrough came when Citizen TV from neighboring Kenya offered her a slot to produce, star and present a comedy show, once a week. That is how he came up with the Don’t Mess With Kansiime comedy show.[5] As of November 2014, her YouTube channel had amassed more than 15 million views. Her YouTube videos receive thousands of views and she has appeared on BBC Focus on Africa. She has played to packed houses in Blantyre, Gaborone, Kigali, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, Lilongwe, London and Lusaka.[3]
Other considerations
Even amongst various acting commitments, Kansiime has continued
performing and touring as a standup comedian. Kansiime's comedy style
tends to focus on aspects of her personal life. "I like talking about
things that are going on in life, because that's always going to be
different and original," she says. She is married to Gerald Ojok, a
native Acholi.
They have no children, as of February 2015. At that time, she was in
the process of compiling an album of Children's songs, which she intends
to release later in 2015.[3]

Background and education
She was born in Mparo Village, Kabale District, Western Uganda. Her parents are both alive as at February 2015; her father is a retired banker and her mother is a housewife. Kansiime attended Kabale Primary School. For her O-Level and A-Level education, she studied at Bweranyangi Girls' Senior Secondary School in Bushenyi. She holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, awarded by Makerere University, Uganda's oldest and largest public university.[1][4]Career
Beginning in 2007, while still an undergraduate at Makerere University, Kansiime began to participate in drama skits acted by the theatre group Theatre Factory, who played at the Uganda National Theatre in Kampala's central business district. when Theatre Factory disintegrated, she joined Theatre Fun, that replaced it. The group plays every Thursday evenings. The best skits were broadcast on NTV Uganda in the Barbed Wire TV show that later became U-Turn. She partnered with Brian Mulondo as a Taxi interview conductor in the MiniBuzz series and provided comic video dramatizations of topical issues that random passengers discussed.[4]According recorded interviews that she gave in 2014, Anne began posting some of her sketch comedy skits on YouTube. Her YouTube videos receive thousands of views and she has appeared on BBC Focus on Africa. She has played to packed houses in Blantyre, Gaborone, Kigali, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, Lilongwe, London and Lusaka.[3]

Even amongst various acting commitments, Kansiime has continued
performing and touring as a standup comedian. Kansiime's comedy style
tends to focus on aspects of her personal life. "I like talking about
things that are going on in life, because that's always going to be
different and original," she says. She is married to Gerald Ojok, a
native Acholi.
They have no children, as of February 2015. At that time, she was in
the process of compiling an album of Children's songs, which she intends

Bebe Cool last year became the center of controversy when he attacked local DJs for what he called their playing of 70 per cent Nigerian music at the expense of local music.

But what is shocking is that he is the same person praising the move at the moment!
“Nigerian music took over African countries and the rest of the world, when djs played 70% Nigerian music particularly in Uganda, you come to realise that EVERY BAD THING HAS SOMETHING GOOD IN IT,” he says.
He applauds Nigerian music, saying that wave of Nigeria music forced all lazy African artistes to up their game and do better quality audio and videos.
“In Uganda we had copied the JAMAICAN sickness of doing good songs and shooting low quality camcorder videos which affected our music in general.”
But it was after the Nigerian wave, all African artists woke up to quality and high level competition in both audio and video production, which is a good thing for African music.
