alright...I have a few general tips to share with you ladies and
gentlemen that have been constantly calling me,in boxing me,stopping me
on the road,texting me to ask how I manage to get back in shape and
"stay young".
Well,each one of you should have their eating habits in control. Eat all three meals in time but how much you eat matters. Little PORTIONS is all you need. Eat breakfast like a king,Lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper. Metabolism is best in the early hours of the day and very slow at night. If you must eat supper,Eat 3 hours before you go to bed. DRINK A LOT OF WATER! Add pieces of sliced lemon if you can. Its good for detoxing and Better if the water is warm or at room temperature. Avoid Sugar in tea or juice. Instead,use honey for sweetening. Drinking soda should be a no no for anyone trying to fight excess weight. Finally, EXERCISE! πππ I know this is the hardest part yet the most effective. Swim,do boxing,run,jump a rope or Dance for at least 30 minutes daily. You will need a day of rest weekly.
