Former Karamoja Affairs minister, also Uganda's First Lady, Janet Kataaha Museveni, named new education and sports minister as per new Cabinet that brought a number of old faces as it did new ones.
Other new faces include Betty Kamya (Minister for Kampala City Authority), Dr Aceng Jane (Minister of Health), Hajj Abdul Nadduli (Minister Without Portfolio), et al.
