Rwandan genocide fugitive FΓ©licien Kabuga has been arrested in the Paris region, according to the French Justice Ministry. Kabuga, 84, is a Hutu businessman who is accused of funding the militias that killed approximately 800,000 Tutsis over a span of 100 days in 1994. He is widely considered Rwanda's most wanted man, with the US putting a $5 million bounty on his head. Kabuga was discovered living under a false identity in a flat near Paris after been pursued for nearly 25 years.
