Prince Nakibinge pledges support for Hon. Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) and his team.
One of the most influential leaders of the Ugandan Muslim community and also a key member of Buganda Kingdom’s royal family Prince Jibril Kassim Nakibinge has thanked the National Unity Platform-NUP President and people power Principle Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu for fronting a campaign to awaken Uganda’s young population.
Kyagulanyi and other leaders of NUP/People power paid a courtesy call to the prince today morning and discussed a number issues ahead of their contest in the next general elections.
Nakibinge later addressed the media and said these young leaders have played a great role in reminding the long time relaxed youths that it’s their role to take part in the governance of their country.
“The fruits of your struggle are beginning to be seen and soon the country will harvest from your efforts” He said.
Kyagulanyi together with NUP/People power leaders like his vice president central region Mathias Mpuuga, the party spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi, parliament Imam Latif Ssebaggala Ssengendo, party secretary general David Lewis Lubongoya and others thanked the prince for welcoming them in and promised to continue with their work of awakening the young people.
