Dr. Kiiza Besigye Kifefe ' The people's President' has today unveiled his 'Plan B' designed to topple down the 35 year old Museveni administration .
Basing from his offices located at Katonga road Kampala , Besigye has said that Poor cheated Ugandans whose votes don't count will be engaged to fight for their freedom.
