Police Arrest Socialist Party General Secretary, Others In Kafulafuta
Socialist Party General Secretary and first vice-president Dr Cosmas Musumali has been arrested in Kafulafuta for conduct likely to disturb the peace.
Dr Musumali has been arrested alongside other party members.
Socialist Party president Dr Fred M'membe has since demanded the immediate release of Dr Musumali and others without any charges of "conduct likely to disturb the peace" which he says “do not make sense legally”.
